Floral Arranging with Zest It Up

Join us as we fill the tasting room with oodles and oodles of flowers. We will learn about seasonal florals and design skills, coupled with lovely snacks and a glass of Ancient Peak’s wine. Come alone or bring a crew! We are going to have fun!

Our tasty menu for the day is spring inspired:

Cold orzo salad tossed with arugula, fresh cherry tomatoes, and roasted peppers in a bright lemon and thyme vinaigrette topped with grilled chicken
Avocado Edamame Crostini laced with Fresh Basil, Sea Salt, and topped with freshly shaved Parmesan
Hummingbird cupcakes with brown butter frosting

All attendees will enjoy beautiful food and wine as they learn tips + tricks to floral design. We will focus on seasonal blooms and how to incorporate native plants for truly gorgeous California florals. Then it will be time to roll up our sleeves and get to work, creating gorgeous arrangements to take home.
