MEMBER POLICIES
I understand that by joining the Ancient Peaks Wine Club, I will receive quarterly or bi-annual shipments of wine, and that my credit card will be automatically billed for these shipments, plus applicable tax and shipping. I certify that I am 21 years of age. I understand that deliveries of alcohol require a signature by an adult over the age of 21. All terms subject to change.
SHIPMENT SCHEDULE
Subject to change. Shipments occur in February, April, September & November. Double Barrel shipments occur in April and November.
SHIP-TO MEMBERS
I accept responsibility for all costs incurred if my wine shipment is returned to the winery for re-shipping.
PICK-UP MEMBERS
I understand that Ancient Peaks will hold my shipment for up to 45 days after the charge date, unless special arrangements are made. After which, I will be responsible for all costs incurred for shipping.
ON-HOLD MEMBERSHIP
Life happens, and we’re happy to pause your membership when you need to. I understand that while my membership is on hold, I will not receive a wine shipment during the hold period. I will still be able to purchase wine at my member discount, though complimentary tastings are reserved for active members and won’t be available during a hold. Once I’m ready to resume, my membership and full benefits will pick back up with the next scheduled shipment.
EMAIL COMMUNICATION POLICY
I understand that Ancient Peaks provides all Wine Club communications through email. By providing my email address, I agree to receive emails and stay subscribed. If I want to receive only wine club information via email rather than receive all marketing communications, I understand that I may update my preferences.
TEXT MESSAGE POLICY
By providing a cell phone number I agree to incur any costs associated with text messaging and will receive updates regarding the wine club shipments.
