YOU AGREE TO THESE OFFICIAL RULES, WHICH ACT AS A BINDING CONTRACT BETWEEN YOU AND THE SWEEPSTAKES ENTITIES, SO READ THEM CAREFULLY BEFORE ENTERING. THIS CONTRACT INCLUDES INDEMNITIES TO THE SWEEPSTAKES ENTITIES FROM YOU AND A LIMITATION OF YOUR RIGHTS AND REMEDIES.

  1. Eligibility: The ANCIENT PEAKS SWEEPSTAKES (“Sweepstakes”) is open to U.S. citizens or permanent legal residents residing in of one of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia, excluding Colorado and Utah, who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry. Void in CO, UT and where prohibited. Employees, officers, directors, and shareholders of (i) Winebow, Inc. (“Sponsor”), (ii) Arrowhead Sweepstakes & Fulfillment Co., Inc. (“Administrator”), (iii) Sponsor’s and Administrator’s respective subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising agencies, or production agencies (collectively, “Sweepstakes Entities”), (iv) any licensed alcohol wholesaler or retailer, as well as (v) all of their immediate family (spouse, parents and step- parents, siblings and step-siblings, and children and step-children) and household members, are not eligible. This Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws. No purchase is necessary to enter this Sweepstakes.
  2. Sweepstakes Period: The Sweepstakes begins on March 1, 2026, at 12:00:00 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on May 31, 2026, at 11:59:59 PM ET (“Sweepstakes Period”).
  3. Agreement to Official Rules: By participating, entrant agrees to these Official Rules, as well as Sponsor’s and Administrator’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to this Sweepstakes.
  4. How to Enter: There are two (2) ways to enter the Sweepstakes during the Sweepstakes Period (1) QR Code: to enter via this method of entry, visit participating retailers where Ancient Peaks products are sold to find and scan the Sweepstakes QR code with your smart phone. Once you scan the QR code, follow the links and on- screen instructions to complete and submit the entry form to receive one (1) entry into the random drawing. OR (2) Online: to enter via this method of entry, visit https://ancientpeaks.com/ancient-peaks-sweepstakes/ (“Website”) to find, complete and submit the entry form to receive one (1) entry into the random drawing. Incomplete entries will not be accepted. Limit one (1) entry per person during the entire Sweepstakes Period, regardless of the method of entry. All entries must be received by 11:59:59 PM ET on May 31, 2026, to be eligible for the random drawing. Multiple entrants are not permitted to share the same email address. Entries generated by script, macro, robotic, or by any other automatic or mechanical means are void. The Sweepstakes Entities are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or any technical glitches associated with the entry process.
  5. Winner Selections and Notifications: There will be two (2) grand prize winners (each, a “Winner” or collectively, “Winners”) in this Sweepstakes. The Winners will be selected by random drawing conducted by Administrator on or about June 10, 2026, from among all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. The Prize can only be awarded to the person whose name is listed on the winning entry. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the entrant will be the authorized account holder of the email address provided on the entry form. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. The Winner will be notified by Administrator via email or phone (“Winner Notification”) on or about the day of the random drawing. Failure to respond to a Winner Notification within forty-eight (48) hours will be deemed forfeiture of the Prize and an alternate winner may be selected, time permitting, at Sponsor’s sole discretion, from among all remaining eligible entries. Sponsor may select up to three (3) alternate winners per available prize, at its sole option and discretion. In the event Sponsor is unable to award any prize after the initial potential winner and all three (3) alternate potential winners fail to respond to the Winner Notification for that prize, as required above, that particular prize will not be awarded. Neither Administrator nor Sponsor are responsible for any undeliverable, misdirected, unanswered or technical glitches associated with the Winner Notification email being sent or received. The Sweepstakes Entities are not responsible for text, email, or direct message notifications that are undeliverable, not received, or unanswered.
  6. Verification of Potential Winners: As a condition of awarding the Prize, the Winners must complete, sign and return to Administrator, an affidavit of eligibility, publicity (where legal), and/or liability release (“Prize Release Documents”). If a potential winner is ineligible, fails to timely provide the Prize Release Documents, or declines the Prize, an alternate winner may be selected in accordance with the process set forth in Official Rule #5. By accepting a Prize, the Winner also consents to Sponsor’s use of the Winner’s name, likeness, photograph, voice, opinions, hometown, state, and any other information submitted to Sponsor for promotional purposes in any media worldwide, without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law. Upon Administrator’s receipt of the completed Prize Release Documents, Administrator and/or Sponsor will assist each Winner with how to claim/receive the Prize elements.
  7. Prizes & Approximate Retail Values (“ARVs”): Two (2) Grand Prizes – An Ancient Peaks trip (“Trip”) for two (2) people (must be at least 21 years of age or older), (the “Prize”). Trip includes accommodations for the Prize Winner and one (1) guest at Cambria hotel in Templeton, California (Blackout dates apply); an Ancient Peaks vineyard tour; lunch at Ancient Peaks; a private Ancient Peaks winery tour; ziplining,; horseback riding; a $100 Ancient Peaks gift card to use at the Ranch Store, and; a $2,400 stipend for travel, dining and additional activities. ARV: is up to four thousand five hundred dollars ($4,500.00) each. Total ARV of all Prizes to be awarded in this Sweepstakes is $9,000.00. Hotel accommodations will be arranged by Sponsor. Travel stipend will be awarded in the form of a check made payable to the Winner and Winner will be solely responsible for making all airfare/travel arrangements. Any difference between the stated ARV and actual ARV will not be awarded. Any costs exceeding $4,500 will be the sole responsibility of the Prize Winner. Valid credit card and required identification is required before reserving plane tickets, and upon check-in at the hotel. THE WINNER ACCEPTS THE PRIZE “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY IMPLIEDWARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE). Sweepstakes Entities have neither made nor are in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation, or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to the Prize.Winner and Winner’s guest is solely responsible for any costs and expenses of the Trip not specified as included in these Official Rules, including but not limited to tips, meals, souvenirs, local and long-distance telephone calls, laundry, insurance, baggage fees, ground transportation, parking, and other personal expenses associated with the Trip. Winner and Winner’s guest are solely responsible for ground transportation to and from the departure airport, as well as between the destination airport and the hotel and vineyard. No prize substitution, cash substitution, or assignment or transfer of the Prize is permitted, except by Sponsor for reason of unavailability, in which case a prize of equal or greater value will be awarded. Federal, state, and local taxes on the Prize (if applicable) are the sole responsibility of Winner. A Form 1099 will be issued to all applicable tax authorities in connection with the Prize. Alcohol is not part of the Prize.Trip must be completed prior to March 31, 2027 or Prize will be forfeited in its entirety without compensation. Winner and Winner’s guest must travel together on a specified itinerary, including same departure date, destination, and return date, or Prize may be forfeited in its entirety. Winner and Winner’s guest are solely responsible for obtaining and traveling with proper photo identification and any other documentation and abiding by any other rules required for travel. The Sweepstakes Entities are not liable for any expenses due to flight cancellation/delay. There shall be no compensation or prize substitution if Winner and/or Winner’s guest are unable to take the Trip by reason of illness, family emergency, personal events, terrorism, labor strikes, weather issues, epidemic, or any other reasons beyond the Sweepstakes Entities’ control. There shall be no compensation or prize substitution if the Trip, even in part, is cancelled or rescheduled for any reason, except that Sponsor may reschedule the Trip in its entirety with sufficient lead time to reschedule Trip elements, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Sponsor may also substitute the Prize, or portion thereof, for one of equal or greater value at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Winner’s guest must be at least 21 years of age or older and along with the Winner, must sign a publicity (where legal) and/or liability release prior to and as a condition of issuance of travel documentation as the official guest of the Winner.
  8. General Conditions, Assumption of Risk, and Release: Entrants (including Winner) and Winner’s guest understand and acknowledge the risks and dangers associated with travel and assume all such risks and responsibilities for any damages, liability, loses or expenses related to the Sweepstakes. By entering and/or participating, all entrants (including the Winner) and Winner’s guest, on behalf of themselves and their executors, heirs, and assigns hereby agree to: (a) release and hold harmless Sweepstakes Entities from any and all liability, claims, or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, damages, or losses of any kind to persons or property, including death and bodily injury, which may be sustained in connection with the conduct or outcome of the Sweepstakes or the receipt, ownership, or use or misuse of any Prize awarded; (b) indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Sweepstakes.  Entities from and against any and all claims arising from the foregoing, and (c) indemnify and hold harmless Sweepstakes Entities from and against any and all claims arising from the acts or omissions of entrant, Winner, or Winner’s guest. Under no circumstances will Sweepstakes Entities be liable for punitive, incidental, consequential, or special damages (including lost profits), or any other damages in excess of actual out-of-pocket costs incurred (if any) not to exceed twenty-five dollars ($25), and in no event will attorneys’ fees be awarded or recoverable.
  9. General Conditions: Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the Sweepstakes, or any part of it, for any reason whatsoever. The decisions of Sponsor are final with respect to all aspects of the Sweepstakes. Except where prohibited, all disputes arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes will be resolved on an individual basis by binding arbitration before an arbitrator agreed to by the parties subject to the rules of the American Arbitration Association and shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of New York. The arbitrator’s decision and award will be final and binding, and judgment on the award may be entered in any court with jurisdiction. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Sweepstakes Entities shall be entitled to seek injunctive relief in the state and federal courts of New York. The invalidity or unenforceability of any portion or provision of these Official Rules will not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. If any provision of the Official Rules is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, the other provisions will remain in effect and will be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein. If there is a discrepancy between these Official Rules and any other Sweepstakes materials, the Official Rules will control and govern this Sweepstakes. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules will not constitute a waiver of that provision. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any entrant it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes, or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.
  10. PRIVACY: Sweepstakes Entities will collect, use, and disclose the personal information entrant provides when entering the Sweepstakes solely for the purposes of administering the Sweepstakes, and by entering this Sweepstakes entrant consents to the collection, use, disclosure, and management of entrant’s personal information for such purposes. All personal information that entrant submits will be subject to Sponsor’s privacy policy. In the event of any discrepancy between Sponsor’s privacy policy and these Official Rules, the privacy policy will govern and control.
