By law, we cannot accept returns of alcoholic beverages. We are unable to accept the return of wine that was damaged due to adverse weather conditions during shipment, or incorrect purchase or shipment. If your shipment does not match your order, please contact the Ancient Peaks team at firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange a replacement.
Club shipments: Members are subject to a fee if their club shipment is redirected or intercepted after the specified last day to change their shipping address or shipment date. Returned shipments are subject to the additional cost of reshipping. If you are unable to make arrangements to receive your wines, please contact our team.
Full refunds are accepted for merchandise and non-alcoholic items purchased in the tasting room and online.
