Jalapeño Cranberry Sauce

Our jalapeño cranberry sauce has become a staple for the holiday table. It’s a great way to add a little kick to a holiday favorite. From our Thanksgiving table to yours, enjoy! – Kathy Filipponi
INGREDIENTS
- 1 lb. cranberries
- 1 jalapeño
- 1 Tbsp. orange, zest
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup water
METHOD
- In a medium-sized saucepan, combine all the ingredients. Bring the mixture to a boil and then reduce the heat to a simmer.
- Mash your cranberries periodically while stirring the mixture occasionally.
- Simmer the mixture together for about 15-20 minutes or until the sauce is reduced and thick.
- Pair with Zinfandel!
