VP, Sales & Marketing
Kristin Muhly manages our national and international distributor relationships and oversees our national sales team. She also leads our winery’s marketing initiatives. Kristin was born and raised in San Luis Obispo. She earned her Ag Business and Wine & Viticulture degree at Cal Poly, and has worked in the wine industry ever since. Her experience includes stints at Justin Winery, Vines of Mendoza, Domaine Alfred and the Crimson Wine Group. She joined Ancient Peaks Winery in 2011. Kristin resides in Santa Margarita with her husband Taylor and their daughters, Maddie and Emma. As our Western Sales Manager, Stephanie spearheads the distribution of Ancient Peaks wines in six states across the Western U.S. She came to Ancient Peaks from the San Francisco Wine Exchange, where she worked as the west coast sales manager, serving as the primary interface with distributor partners. “Ancient Peaks is an innovative brand and my job is to match that innovation in our market approach,” she says. “My goal is to inspire and create momentum through every level of distribution, right down to the consumer. It all begins with great wines and strong relationships.” Stephanie lives in Sacramento with her husband Ryan and their cat Cheddar. Lindee Newman started working at Ancient Peaks Winery in 2020. She quickly moved from the tasting room into guest services, ultimately transitioning into the marketing department where she supports the National Sale’s Team needs, coordinates special industry visits, assists with graphic design, and is the resident photographer. She wears a lot of hats. Originally from Southern Oregon, Lindee studied Lighting Design and Technology at the local university. Caroline Rossi started working at Ancient Peaks Winery in April 2022 as a server in the Tasting Room & Café. While she finished her last year at Cal Poly, she interned in the Sales & Marketing office for 6 months and soon after joined the team as the Brand Ambassador. She has been involved in many different Ancient Peaks affiliations such as representing the brand at country-wide pouring events, generating a fresh look to social media pages, and organizing trade visits to our Santa Margarita Ranch property. Andrea Biniskiewicz supports the development and execution of marketing and brand strategy. Andrea joined the Ancient Peaks team in 2021 after working in various industries for seven years. Her experience includes managing marketing strategies for companies including transportation, automobile, and environmental non-profits. With her love for food and excitement for wine, she dove into the wine industry. In her spare time, Andrea enjoys any activity outdoors - especially hiking, mountain biking, and golfing.
