BAKED BBQ RIBS

The Cabernet Sauvignon is the perfect everyday glass to enjoy with any meal. If you’re looking for an easy weeknight meal or a little BBQ to have during these cold Winter evenings, you are in the right place.
Ingredients
- Recteq Honey Rib Rub
- Rack of Pork Ribs
Method
- Preheat your oven to 275 degrees
- Pat dry your ribs with a paper towel and take the membrane off the back of the ribs
- Take the seasoning mix and rub it onto both sides of the rubs
- Put the ribs on a baking sheet, lined with parchment paper, and back for about 3 hours
- Once tender, take the ribs out of the oven and pour yourself a glass of Estate Cabernet Sauvignon! The perfect pairing with any BBQ meal, enjoy!
